This Morning after 16months I am Not on Nanna Duties Today or any Tuesday...the next Phase has come for Little Miss E as she is Starting Daycare Today...
So after all these Months of wanting a day off....it's Here I should be Running Around getting things done so I can hit the Sewing Cave..well I did say Should..
I have so much I should be doing but I need a Push...still have 2 boxes to unpack maybe that will be a start...my New Ball Trees out the front need Trimming...maybe I can get DS to do them he is off today...I should be Starting some New Designs in Redwork or work on my New Quilt...
I do only have till 12pm today being the first day but next week will be a full day...you know I will be worried about her the whole time wondering how she is going...
I do need to go to the Post Office maybe I should shout myself a cuppa while I'm out and hang around outside the Daycare till 12 so I'm not late picking her up..
There's always Next Tuesday to get those things done..lol
Have a Good Day.
Cheers
Maree

hahahahahaha I am sure she is missing you to Nana xxx
Lol! I feel for you Maree!!! My best advice ... If you're worrying about her don't do a lot of driving!! My daughter's first day at daycare, I was preoccupied with worrying about her so much that I had an accident that left me without a car for almost three months!!! Praying for a good, safe morning ... for the both of you!!! Hugs!
Start something, anything - you will feel better if you keep busy and the time will pass quicker!
I know exactly how you are feeling !Enjoy a good coffee out and quietly browse some shops. cheers Teri
I know just how you feel, Maree! I thought I'd be thrilled when my last child hit school age... and I was, but gosh how I missed them and longed for 3pm!
What a sweet loving Grandma :o )
Oooh extra time for yourself - yay!! It will take a bit to get used to but I am sure you will soon wonder where it went :) Hubby and I both lost our jobs right on Christmas so we are enjoying extra time too :)
Oh ...you sound very lost....poor Maree..
It must feel like when your last child starts school! I hope this feeling passes soon and you can enjoy your new freedom.
LOL you silly thing - Enjoy !! Seriously though I know what you mean - You'll get used to it. Hugs - Fee XX

I hope she had a fab day....nanna who?? LOL. It's hard letting go isn't it:)
:( to hear that your Dear Miss E is off to Daycare....I hope you enjoy your day off...soon...maybe next week will be your day :)
Oh my goodness.... is that strictly a Nana experience, because I don't remember feeling that way the first time I got some freedom from my own children!!!LOL
Oh my, how sad to stop caring for your granddaughter, but nice to have a day off. I have been taking care of my grandson on Tuesdays since he was 6 weeks old, now he's almost 3. I can't remember what I did on Tuesdays before he was born and I'm not ready to find out what Tuesdays will be like when he starts school.
I hope you enjoyed your first day off.
Wow Maree...you wont know what to do with yourself.
Im sure Miss E will love childcare and you'll eventually find plenty of things to fill those Tuesdays.
Hard to believe she is growing up so fast!
Ah, your missing the little one..keep busy!
They grow up way to quickly...I'm sure she will miss you too, but you'll both be fine.
While she's playing with little friends you play with fabric !.

How did Miss E go at Childcare? Hoping you survived the morning ok, and that next week will be easier for you.
